Lighting related information

Specialized product related sites

For overseas products, there are also links to the sites of Japanese corporations and sales agents.

Technical introduction site

This is a website that mainly explains lighting technical matters (how to use lighting fixtures) and lighting effects using photos, 3D and diagrams. We would be grateful for any ideas you could use as reference. Lighting effects explained

Basic lighting effects for lighting

Here we explain the technical basics of lighting - "reflection," "emission," and "transmission." In addition to the types of reflection, we also explain the reflective and luminescent characteristics that depend on color temperature and material color.

How space looks depending on reflectance

Here, we conduct simulation verification of the difference in appearance due to differences in the reflectance of the floor, walls, and ceiling, and the difference in the appearance of the entire space due to light distribution. The brightness is set based on illuminance standards, but the impression of the space can change significantly depending on the interior color. We hope that this will be useful in imagining how the space appears in relation to the illuminance, and in scale of the sense of brightness of the space..

Be aware of lighting effects

This site explains points to be aware of regarding lighting effects at work sites and in your daily life. We focus on indirect lighting and explain not only the design but also how to use indirect lighting from a functional perspective, as well as points to be aware of regarding "reflection," "emission," and "transmission," which are basic lighting techniques. If there are any other points to be aware of, we would like to share them, so please let us know.

Lighting design consultation desk

This is a site where you can ask for design support regarding illuminance design. Comments are provided under each item regarding the content of each support. If you are interested, please browse the site.

Illuminance analysis site (support desk)

We can assist you in verifying illuminance when you are planning or are unsure about the brightness of your lighting plan. It can be difficult to come up with a lighting plan that matches your image, especially when working with only one company. Also, it can be difficult to consult with a manufacturer. In such cases, we would be happy to consult with you.
